Peter Meer
Owner, RMP, MPM
In 1982, Peter Meer created a residential property management company in Denver that emphasizes professional relationships with both owners and tenants.

- Holds all three professional designations from NARPM: Residential Management Professional (RMP), Master Property Manager (MPM), and Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) — one of only five firms in Colorado

Renee Varon
Operations Manager
Renee Varon returned to Meer and Company, Inc. in 2015 as the full-time bookkeeper. Since then she has taken on more responsibilities and is now the Operations Manager, handling communications and services for tenants and owners.
Renee has 40 years of experience in Information Technology, spanning all aspects of Data Security, from banking through Federal Security Compliance testing.
Bill Martin
General Manager
Bill Martin serves as General Manager of Meer and Company, working directly with tenants and property owners to ensure excellent service and responsive communication.
