How do I pay rent?
Rent is collected monthly by Meer and Company on behalf of the property owner. Contact our office for details on payment methods and due dates.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Contact our office at (303) 322-1550 to submit a work order. Our Operations Manager will coordinate with contractors to resolve the issue promptly.
What is the lease term?
We require a minimum 12-month lease commitment to reduce turnover and provide stability for both tenants and property owners.
What about my security deposit?
A security deposit (typically one month's rent) is collected at lease signing and held in escrow. Upon move-out, we inspect the property and return the remainder within 60 days after deducting any costs for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
What do I do in an after-hours emergency?
For emergencies outside office hours:
- Loss of heat, water heater, drains: Lakewood Plumbing at 303.233.7007

- Natural gas odor or carbon monoxide alarm: Call 911 immediately
What happens during annual inspections?
We conduct periodic inspections to ensure the property is safe and well-maintained. This includes checking smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and identifying any maintenance needs.
How do I renew my lease?
As your lease approaches its end, our team will reach out to discuss renewal options. A $200 administrative fee covers new lease preparation and signing.

Review the property upon move-in and note any existing conditions. Report any additional issues to our office promptly.

Rent is due on the first of each month. Contact our office for payment methods and online access to rent reports.
Maintenance Requests
Submit work orders through our online system or by calling the office. All requests are documented and coordinated by our Operations Manager.
